I’ve run a business, worked through economic ups and downs, and dealt with the real impact of rising costs and shifting demand. That’s what drives me to step up. I’m running because too many basic issues are not getting fixed and too many people feel like they are on their own when they need help. To me, the job is simple. Pay attention. Follow through. Fix problems. Long Beach should work better than it does today. And it should feel like a community people are proud to be part of.
